EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we will be extending our exchange/refund period to 7 days from the reopening of all our retail outlet for orders placed between 1st April 2020 to 2nd June 2020 (Subject to changes). Remaining terms and conditions will remained unchanged. 

We accept exchanges and refunds if they meet the following requirements:


Exchange
Kindly email the exchange request to customercare@giftsgreetings.com.sg
You will be required to bring down the item to one of our outlet (except Tanglin Mall branch) to proceed with the exchange. We do not accept any local exchanges through mail. 

Terms & Conditions for Exchange
  • Exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice/gift receipt, packaging and all part intact and unopened.
  • Promotional and Sales items are non-exchangeable. 
  • All clearance items may not come in mint condition and are strictly non-exchangable. 
  • All unsealed  trading card games, blind packs, consumables and apparels sold are non-exchangeable.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable and will not be considered as part of the exchanged item value. 
  • Exchange of electronic and electrical product will be on a case by case basis.
  • You may exchange for items of a lower value but we will not be able to refund the balance in cash or store credit.
  • Valid for one-time exchange only.
  • Pre-order items are strictly non exchangable

Refund

Kindly email the refund request to customercare@giftsgreetings.com.sg
You will be required to bring down the defective item to one of our outlet (except Tanglin Mall branch) in order to proceed with the refund. Refunds will only be given if we fail to exchange/replace the defective product with a working product. We do not accept any local exchanges through mail. Upon approval of refund, you will be able to choose the mode of refund in the form of paypal refund or Gifts Greetings store credits.

Terms & Conditions for Refund
  • Returned merchandise must have a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice/gift receipt, packaging and all part intact.
  • Promotional and Sales items are non-refundable. 
  • All unsealed  trading card games, blind packs, consumables and apparels sold are non-refundable
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable. 
  • Pre-order items are strictly non refundable

We reserve the rights to reject any exchange or returns that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
