How do I be a member of Gifts Greetings?
Click here to sign up now. Alternatively, approach our staff in-stores and they will assist you on your application.

Do I need to live in Singapore to sign up as a member?
No. Anyone is welcome to sign up. However, do note that delivery service is only available for the local address now.

Is my member privileges eligible on both online (website) and offline (retail stores)?
Yes. For online, simply log in with your registered unique identification numbers in your member portal before proceeding to your payment. Whereas for offline, do provide our cashier staff with your registered unique identification number before making payment.

Do I need to pay for the membership?
No. Membership is complimentary. Start off as a Classic Tier Member and get an automatic upgrade to a Preferred Tier Member with a minimum S$160nett purchase within 3 years.

What if I did not spend $160 within 3 years?
We’re sorry! Your accumulative spending will be reset to S$0.
 
Will my membership expire?
No. This will be a lifetime membership.

May I own more than 1 membership?
No. We’re sorry, you are only allowed to possess 1 membership at any time. Membership is not transferable.

Will I be given a physical membership card?
No. Simply provide your unique identification numbers upon (online / offline) payment to enjoy your privileges.

How do I check my membership status (e.g. accumulative spending, cash rebates)
Log in to your account with your registered unique identification numbers.

When can I start earning cash rebates?
Start earning cash rebates on your next purchase upon upgrading to Preferred Tier status. 

Is there a minimum spend to earn cash rebates?
Purchases nett spend must be S$5 and above.

How do I earn cash rebates?
Every eligible S$5 nett spent at Gifts Greetings entitles you to earn a 3% cash rebate if you are a Preferred Member.

Example: Preferred Member with a 3% Cash Rebates
Original amount: S$180.00
Amount after 10% discount: S$162.00
Final nett balance paid: S$162/=
Rebates earned: S$162 x 3% = $4.86 

Are my cash rebates transferable?
Rebates are not-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

When do my cash rebates expire?
Cash rebates expire 1 year from your last purchase date.
For example, last rebates earned on 31 August 2018, will expire on 31 August 2019.  
 
What happens to my cash rebates if I return the items I purchased?
Cash rebates earned on that transaction will be deducted from your account accordingly.

How can I redeem my cash rebates?
You can redeem your cash rebates during your next purchase.

When will I receive my birthday privileges?
You will receive an email on the first day of your birthday month if you have given consent for us to communicate
with you via email. If you have upgraded to preferred tier during your birthday month, you will not receive any email. However, birthday benefits are still valid and available for redemption on online and offline platform.

Can I use my Birthday voucher and cash rebates at the same time?
Yes. Both privileges can apply to the same transaction.

Can I use 2 available voucher in the same transaction?
No. Member voucher can only be used once per day.

Will I still enjoy my privileges at your fair/event/atrium?
Toys And Gifts Fair are excluded from the benefits of the Gifts Greetings Membership Programme.
Classic Member will not be able to accumulate their spending and redeem e-vouchers.
Preferred Member will enjoy discount privileges but will not be able to earn/redeem cash rebates, and e-vouchers.

I just changed my personal information; do I need to update?
Yes, please! Email us at customercare@giftsgreetings.com.sg to update any changes of your personal information
(e.g. unique identification numbers) as any wrong information (e.g. D.O.B) could cause you to be unidentifiable as
our member to enjoy your privileges. 

How will I be informed of the latest news?
New products, promotions and special privileges will also be notified via email, so do check your inbox for the latest updates! Do also follow us on social media to get the latest news! 

I haven’t been receiving any membership e-mail, what should I do?
We’re really sorry! Do email us at customercare@giftsgreetings.com.sg and let us know your concerns.
However, depending on the number of applications per day, we may take a little while to process.
Be patient with us, thank you for your understanding!  

How do I withdraw from Gifts Greetings Membership Programme?
To cancel your Gifts Greetings Membership account, please email us at customercare@giftsgreetings.com
Do note that your personal details will be deleted from our data system and all unredeemed e-vouchers and
cash rebates will be forfeited.

Changes to Gifts Greetings Membership Programme

Effective from September 2018, Gifts Greetings Members holding on to the red physical privilege card will be able to earn cash rebates and use e-voucher at any Gifts Greetings outlets or online store. Also, Gifts Greetings members will now enjoy thrilling benefits during birthday month!

Privileges made easier

Yes, we heard you. Moving on, rather than showing your physical membership card for privileges, just quote your registered mobile number before payment.

If you’re still holding on to our physical privilege card, do head down to any of our outlets and approach our staff to update your particulars. We seek your kind understanding to give us minimum 7 working days to update your details into this new membership programme. Do still bring along your physical privilege card and enjoy your discount privileges within these 7 working days. Upon successful switch over to our new membership programme, you will receive our e-mail notification.

Earning of Cash Rebates

Earn cash rebates when you shop with us! Every $5nett purchase entitles you to 3% cash rebates. Use your cash rebates off your total bill during your next purchase with no minimum amount spent. Fret not! Your cash rebates will not expire if you did not neglect your membership for 12 months. The expiry of cash rebates will be based on 12 months from your last purchase ($5nett) date.

On your birthday month

Enjoy 2X 3% cash rebates for the whole of your birthday month with every $5nett purchase. Moreover, treat yourself with a $10 Birthday e-voucher automatically issued to your member account with no minimum spending required!

A gift from us to you

As a way of thanking our valuable existing members, you will instantly receive a $5 e-voucher when you bring along your physical privilege card to any of our outlet to update your particulars. Use this $5 e-voucher straight when you spend $50nett or within a month upon updating your particulars.

I do not wish to upgrade to this new membership programme. Is it possible to continue holding on to the physical privilege card?

Yes, it's your choice. Just a heads up that without upgrading to this new membership programme, you will only be entitled to discount privileges. If that is alright with you, sure! Remember to show your privilege card before making your payment.
